Summary

IP rights are the only tool with legal certainty in the protection of technological and commercial rights. Industrial property rights grant their holders a legal monopoly, creating a protective shield that prevents their competitors from copying, using, manufacturing or marketing protected products and services, functioning as a reward for innovative companies.
