International partnership takes Tecnology-based Entrepreneurship and Inovation students to virtual academic exchange with brazilian university

BRaVE (Brazilian Virtual Exchange Program) is a virtual academic Exchange program involving students and professor aiming to promote collaboration between brazilian universities that participate in BRaVE and other partner universities.

It promotes intercultural contact and the exchange of knowledge and teaching methods, eabling experiences in international education institutions with no extra costs involved.

This partnership developed between Professor Carla Pasa from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE/Brasil), one of the best brazilian universities, located in Recife, and Professor Raphaela Vidal from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias (ULHT), will provide students from both universities na opportunity to participate in this exchange in disciplines “Social Business” from Business administration course (UFPE) and Tecnology-based Entrepreneurship and Inovation from Industrial Engineering and Management course (ULHT).

The collaboration will occur remotely through multiples technological tools, providing synchronous and asynchronous meetings.

Professor Carla Pasa (UFPE/Brasil) already have participated in multiple successful partnership involving american universities and highlights some advantages that program enables: “It enables students to have international experiences and professors to exchange knowledge with partners from foreign universities. Besides, it enables networking, giving better visibility for educational institutions”.

Students are stimulated to develop skills for working in multidisciplinary, multicultural and multinational teams. This partnership will start next lective semestre. Come to joy us in this international experience!
