Professor Maria Ferreira was recently sworn in as a board member of the Metrology committee of the National Bodies of the Portuguese Order of Engineers

The Professor of the Industrial Engineering and Management course from the Lusófona University was recently sworn in as a board member of the Metrology committee of the National Bodies of the Portuguese Order of Engineers - OE.

Considering the relevance of the science of measurement in engineering applications as well as in engineering education, this appointment could contribute to strengthening the bridge between the academy and professional association of engineering where the best practices in all fields of engineering activities are one of the main national goals of all of us.
