ENEGI was a success!!

On 18 and 19 September, the Lusófona University campus hosted the participants of the 12th ENEGI. The event brought together students, lecturers and companies in several plenary and parallel sessions, poster presentations and workshops.

ENEGI in numbers:

• Over 100 participants across both days

• 2 plenary sessions with the participation of 8 companies

• 14 poster presentations

• 32 oral presentations

• 6 works selected for Pitch Posters

• 3 workshops

• 8 volunteers

At ENEGI 2025, companies from various sectors were represented by professionals who shared experiences and practical applications through the workshops offered.

We express our gratitude to the professionals from IBM (Luís Gregório and Pedro Dias), Visteon (João Pires Ribeiro), MC Sonae (Frederico Borges), Cyber Academia and Innovation Hub – CAIH (Francisco Veiga), Leroy Merlin (Daniel Bourdain), César Augusto (Damm), OutSystems (Nuno Parreira), Worten (Antonio Maria Almeida) and Lusófona University (Rui Assis and Fernando Angelino).

Professor Miguel Vieira, Director of the Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Lusófona University, highlights the importance of ENEGI:

It provides an opportunity for students to develop soft skills, attend lectures and workshops, and exchange experiences with students from across the country.”
