‘In practice, knowledge takes shape: what I learned in Industrial Engineering and Management’, with Hosni Mambo

On 1 April, I had the opportunity to go on a study visit to the Afinomaq factory, an extremely enriching experience for my training. During the visit, I was able to get a closer look at how the company works, gain a better understanding of its production processes and take a closer look at various machines in operation.
What's more, this experience has allowed me to put into practice the knowledge I've learned in the classroom, especially in the area of welding. It was an excellent opportunity to consolidate my learning and understand the importance of precision and technique in this fundamental process for industry.
I would like to thank the Afinomaq team for welcoming me and my Professor Alexandre Martins by sharing knowledge. These experiences reinforce the importance of linking theory and practice in professional training.
