LEAD-IN Coordination Meeting in Lisbon

This week, the Training and Coordination Meeting of the LEAD-IN project – Leadership and Innovation for Sustainable Tomorrow: Building Adaptive and Resilient Organizations – took place in Lisbon at Universidade Lusófona.

The initiative brought together international partners to work on Module 2: Leadership for Sustainability, exploring how leadership can actively contribute to sustainable development and long-term societal impact.

Throughout the visit, participants engaged in collaborative activities addressing innovation, adaptability, and resilience in both educational and organizational contexts. The visiting team was warmly welcomed by Lusófona’s faculty and researchers, experiencing an academic environment distinguished by its interdisciplinary approach, strong societal engagement, and commitment to sustainability.

Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, the LEAD-IN project brings together Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Linköpings universitet, and Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
