Lean in Retail and Sales

6 January, 2025

Summary

LEAN is a management philosophy that aims to eliminate waste, increase productivity and create more value for the customer. We are very used to seeing and hearing about LEAN in operations and manufacturing environments. But how can we also use the LEAN methodology, not only to optimise productivity and gain efficiency, but also to increase sales? How can we work on commercial dynamisation with teams so that they develop actions and improvement plans in the face of less positive commercial results? How can we generate more sales simply by generating focus, accountability and healthy competition between the various members of the team?
