Professor participates as Keynote speaker at the EXPOTECH UNAD 2025 Conference, Bogotá, Colombia.

We would like to highlight the participation of Professor Pedro Alexandre Marques as Keynote speaker at the largest conference dedicated to science and technology in Colombia, EXPOTECH, organised by UNAD - Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia. It took place at the Sheraton Hotel in Bogotá from 7 to 9 May 2025. There were more than 1,000 face-to-face registrants and more than 700 online registrants.

In his presentation, the Professor and RCM2+ researcher addressed various topics around Organisational Excellence, including the Shingo Model, Lean Six Sigma and management systems and ISSO. Practical cases and emerging themes were also presented, such as Data Quality, OPEX 5.0 and ESG Reporting.
