Professor Pedro Alexandre Marques of Lusófona University received an invitation from the Shingo Institute of the Utah State University in the USA to be keynote speaker at the European Conference of Shingo Model of Operational Excellence on November 18th of 2021. He is a specialist in the areas of Lean Management, Quality Engineering, and Operations Research, having been developing outstanding works both nationally and internationally.
