Professor Rui Assis receives Engeneer Monteiro Leite Award

On November 23rd, Professor Rui Assis, a researcher at the RCM2+ Center, was awarded the Engenheiro Monteiro Leite 2021/2022 Prize by APMI - the Portuguese Maintenance and Asset Management Association. The ceremony took place at the 17th National Maintenance Congress dinner, held at the Quinta das Lágrimas Hotel, where the award was presented to Prof. Rui Assis, represented by José Sobral.

Since 2004, in order to promote the interest, development and dissemination of technical and scientific work in the field of Maintenance, APMI has awarded this prize every two years to the best technical article published in Revista Manutenção, based on scientific value, usefulness, practical and economic value, originality and creativity.

The Jury therefore decided to award the Engenheiro Monteiro Leite Prize 2021/2022 to the technical article by Prof. Doutor Rui Assis, published in issue 154/155 - 3rd and 4th quarters of 2022 with the title "Determination of the Restoration Factor".
