Training in Leadership

As part of the project, Erasmus+ project entitled Leadership and Innovation for a Sustainable Tomorrow, free training will be offered between March and May 2026. The course will be fully online and awards a 6 ECTS certificate to participants who successfully complete it. This training is funded by the European Commission and delivered in partnership with leading institutions: Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Lusófona University, and Linköping University.

The project focuses on developing skills in leadership, innovation management, and business sustainability within the context of Industry 5.0., representing an excellent opportunity for  Industrial Engineering and Management students to complement their core education- explains Professor João Reis, Principal researcher.
