On March 8th, the Portuguese Association for Quality (APQ) and Lusófona University joined forces to promote a high-profile event aimed at discussing the importance of Quality and Organizational Excellence. Led by Professor Paulo Sampaio, Vice-President of the APQ and lecturer at the University of Minho, and organized by Prof. Pedro A. Marques, the meeting addressed crucial issues for today's business landscape.
