Professor André Carvalho publishes chapter in book on quality management

Over decades, Quality mainly focused on an internal view of the organizational processes; however, current business challenges demand new and wider perspectives in order to achieve a positive balancing between organizational processes and the impact they produce on internal and external stakeholders.

It is in this sense that Prof. André M. Carvalho launches the book chapter entitled “Quality, Sustainability and Agility: from Quality to the Quality that is yet to come”.
